The First league 3d software (and very expensive 3d software) like cinema 4d, 3dMax and Maya can do incredible results, this little tutorial, starting from an original idea of Pmermino, sugget a simple way to fix the "quality" problem of "not so soft" shadow in Vue...
The idea is very simple : render the image in a great resolution ad resampling with soft antialiasing (tipycal filter of photopaint and photoshop).
same image rendered with a 400% resolution, grainy shadow is in evidence...
