1 - Modeling the stairs

and the stairs is the principal subjects, start with the creation of a portion of stairs, and with copy and paste and a 15° rotation we can make the spiral...
 
 

 
2 - Modeling the rocks under the stairs
 
For every portion of stairs make an hard-sharp noised terrain with terrain editor, use a 80x80 pixels, and polace it under every portion of stairs
 
 
  
3 - Stairs completed
