Eyes material become from Poser, in the color tab you dont make anything... all is just right.

2 - Material Highlights tab

Alse this tab come from Poser right, you can improve the "radiosity" with a little bit more intensity

3 - Material Reflections tab

This is the most important tab, using a nice light window image for the reflection map, and a 31% reflection for a nice effect
